Yesterday’s wedding was great. Tara & Josh are a great couple. Great wedding party. Great families. Great guests. Great weather. Everything seemed to come together and made for a great wedding. Also made for great wedding photography too! Let’s check out some the photos, huh?!?
Here’s when Tara & Josh saw each other for the first time…

Tara’s dress was beautiful…

Being Memorial Day weekend, these next few photos speak for themselves. A few of Tara’s grandparents are buried at cemetery surrounding West St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Hayfield, MN. Some very special moments…

We then headed inside the church to take some formal photos. I could tell Josh & the groomsmen know how to have a good time. They were fun. Then it was Tara & her beautiful bridesmaid’s turn. Here’s a photo of Tara and her beautiful bouquet…

Then there’s Baxter… the smallest member of the wedding party…
For those of you who were there, you know who Baxter is. I think Baxter almost stole the show before/during/after the wedding! For those of you who weren’t there, here’s a photo of Baxter looking sharp…

…pretty damn cute, huh??
After photos, wedding guests began to arrive and next thing you know the ceremony began. Again, being Memorial Day weekend, I thought this was very fitting as well…

It goes to show that family IS ALWAYS important.
The ceremony was full of smiles and after they were finished with their receiving line, the guests showered them with candy hearts…

While waiting for the limo, we got a chance to get some great photos that show Tara & Josh’s love for each other…

We had to get a photo of Tara & Josh with their dog Baxter too. Once again, stealing the show by giving Josh a big ‘ol kiss…

Then the limo arrived and we were off to the reception at La Quinta Inn in Rochester, MN - of course, after a little kiss..

As I mentioned before, Josh & the groomsmen were a fun group of guys…

Josh carrying his beautiful bride for a grand entrance…

Ummm, guys - “there’s no beer in heaven” because I think you created a shortage LOL!!! Everyone at the wedding reception will know what I mean…

After the dinner, some drinks and socializing - the dance began with Tara & Josh’s first dance. Lots of love… almost “red hot”, right Tara??

Then Tara & her father had their special dance…

After that, Josh & his mother had their special dance - or multiple dances - as it seemed they danced about every dance known! They had a really good time with a little bit of air guitar action…

It truly was a memorable wedding on Memorial Day weekend. I wish you both a happy, healthy future together! Thank you for having me as your wedding photographer as well as share your special wedding day with you, your family & friends!
