Well, once again the rain stayed away for my last wedding in Winona, MN as I was the wedding photographer for Jennifer and Nate this past Saturday. It was a little windy and cool outside for outdoor photos, but the wedding party braved the conditions and some great photos were made! I could tell that Jennifer and her sister were very close. They were always smiling when they were by each other.

After the outdoor wedding photos, we headed back inside to get the family photos done and then it was time to wait for the ceremony as the guests were starting to arrive. I like this next photo I took from the hallway as it makes you wonder what the guys are doing. Nate’s brother, on the right, is watching guests arrive but it looks like the other guys are sleeping or praying or maybe a little of both.

This next photo is SOOC (Straight out of camera) but I feel it gives a photographic example of what a groom is feeling at the moment of seeing his bride come down the aisle. Marriage is a wonderful thing and I feel this represents how a one’s life will change for the rest of their lives after this moment.

After the ceremony, I got this photo of the best man, reacting to finding out that he has full legal control of Jennifer & Nate’s marriage by signing (or not signing) as a witness. He was a lot of fun throughout the day!

It started to rain a little after the ceremony, but they say “its good luck if it rains on your wedding day”. I was happy to be your wedding photographer, Jennifer & Nate. I hope the honeymoon in Cancun is as equally special for you both as your wedding day!!
